ALM Aotearoa
Clarke Group formed ALM Aotearoa as a 50/50 joint venture with Grace Foundation, delivering long-term housing to support rehabilitation and reintegration across Aotearoa. ALM is a not-for-profit organisation focused on providing stable, long-term housing to enable rehabilitation, stability, and reintegration into the community. The platform combines Clarke Group’s development capability with Grace Foundation’s proven social impact delivery.
The Story
ALM Aotearoa was established following the repurchase of two residential assets at Gray Avenue and James Road in Māngere East, originally developed by Clarke Group.
These assets mark an early stage in Clarke Group’s development activity in Auckland. Their reacquisition as part of a not-for-profit partnership reflects a long-term commitment to community-focused housing delivery.
Today, the properties are held within ALM Aotearoa and leased to Grace Foundation, supporting their work in rehabilitation, restoration, and reintegration.
