Clarke Group is pleased to announce the unconditional purchase of 180-184 Kepa Road and 8 Kurahaupo Street in Orakei, Auckland.

This 3,043m2 site will be the future location of a high end housing development. A portion of the site has a current Resource Consent in place for 45 apartments. Our team are excited to be working on a second project in the Eastern Bays after purchasing our site on Waimarie St late last year. We look forward to announcing the project typology and launching the project in late 2025. We intend to break ground in early 2026.
