Clarke Group, based in Auckland, is a leading real estate development, investment, and property management firm. We specialise in medium-sized infill housing and build-to-rent accommodation, providing innovative solutions to the housing market since our establishment in 2012.
With a strong background in build-to-rent investment properties, Clarke Group has brought over 700 tenancies and $200 million worth of investment properties to the Auckland market, with 170 townhouses currently under construction.
We also have a property management division, Clarke Group Property Management (CGPM), which manages tenancies of many of our completed complexes to the general public.
As a private developer working closely with both the Government and private sectors, we are committed to developing property that is in keeping with and enhances the neighbourhood around it.

Clarke Group’s dedicated team is focused on excellence in delivery. Construction is outsourced to reputable builders under the tried-and-tested NZS:3910 contractual arrangement.
