Clarke Group Property Management (CGPM), a subsidiary of Clarke Group, is a property management specialist. CGPM was originally established to manage our build-to-rent assets, before eventually offering our management expertise to the private market. We have strong competencies in both multi-unit Body Corp projects (such as those developed by us), as well as private residential dwellings.

Clarke Group, based in Auckland, is a leading real estate development, investment, and property management firm. We specialise in medium-sized infill housing and build-to-rent accommodation, providing innovative solutions to the housing market since our establishment in 2012.
With a strong background in build-to-rent investment properties, Clarke Group has brought over 700 tenancies and $200 million worth of investment properties to the Auckland market, with 170 townhouses currently under construction.
We also have a property management division, Clarke Group Property Management (CGPM), which manages tenancies of many of our completed complexes to the general public.
