Enclave

UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Enclave is a boutique residential development in Auckland’s Eastern Bays, designed by award-winning architects Monk Mackenzie. The project comprises 54 architecturally designed townhouses, carefully planned to deliver high-quality, low-maintenance living in one of Auckland’s most sought-after coastal suburbs.

Construction is currently underway, with completion targeted for mid-2027. The development reflects Clarke Group’s focus on well-located, medium-density housing that combines strong architectural design with enduring materials and thoughtful urban planning.

Tephra

COMING SOON

Tephra is located at 18 Tephra Boulevard in the established Stonefields community. This project will deliver 38 architecturally designed terraced homes across a 6,098m² freehold site zoned for Terrace Housing and Apartment Buildings.

Designed by Monk Mackenzie Architects, the development will comprise a mix of three- and four-bedroom homes arranged across two- and three-storey layouts. The homes are being constructed by Jennian Homes and will offer high-quality finishes, generous internal layouts, and a modern architectural response suited to the surrounding Stonefields neighbourhood.

Early works are currently underway, with construction progressing toward completion in late 2027.

Kepa

Clarke Group is delivering a boutique collection of 26 architecturally designed homes at 180–184 Kepa Road and 8 Kurahaupo Street in Ōrākei, one of Auckland’s most sought-after coastal suburbs.

Designed by Monk Mackenzie Architects, the development will include a mix of high-end terraced homes and two standalone residences across a 3,043m² freehold site. Ten of the townhouses will rise across four storeys and incorporate private lifts, designed to capture sweeping views across the Hauraki Gulf and toward the Auckland CBD.

The project represents Clarke Group’s second development in the Eastern Bays following Waimarie in St Heliers. Development works are anticipated to commence in mid-2026.

Ōtara

Ōtara is a significant residential development being progressed in partnership with Kōkiri Trust, an organisation with deep roots in the South Auckland community. The project reflects a shared commitment to delivering housing that supports local families and contributes positively to the surrounding neighbourhood.

Stage One of the development will deliver approximately 160 homes across two distinct sites, forming the first phase of a broader master plan for the area. The project is focused on creating well-designed, affordable homes that provide greater access to quality housing for people who live and work in the community. By combining Clarke Group’s development capability with Kōkiri Trust’s community leadership, the development aims to support long-term housing outcomes while helping strengthen the local community.

Browns Bay

Located at 201–203 Browns Bay Road on Auckland’s North Shore, this development will deliver a boutique collection of 30 architecturally designed townhouses within one of the area’s most established coastal communities.

The project will comprise a mix of three- and four-bedroom homes, designed to provide modern, low-maintenance living within easy reach of Browns Bay village, the beach, and a range of local amenities. Carefully planned to balance quality architecture with functional living spaces, the homes are intended to appeal to families and professionals seeking well-located housing on the North Shore.

This development forms part of Clarke Group’s broader pipeline of residential projects focused on delivering high-quality medium-density housing across Auckland.

Pōkeno

Clarke Group is progressing the development of a 11.6-hectare site at 7 Munro Road in Pōkeno, following confirmation that the property will be zoned for residential use. The project will deliver a new residential subdivision designed to provide high-quality housing within one of Auckland’s fastest-growing satellite towns.

The development will comprise a mix of house and land packages on approximately 400m² sections, creating a well-planned neighbourhood suited to families and owner-occupiers. Clarke Group is currently advancing the subdivision design and infrastructure planning, with the project forming part of its broader pipeline of residential developments across Auckland’s growth corridors.

Located on an elevated site in South Auckland, the Alfriston development comprises a collection of thoughtfully designed duplex homes positioned to take advantage of the surrounding outlook and natural topography.

The homes are configured as two-bedroom residences with an additional study, providing flexible living arrangements suited to a range of households. Each home includes off-street parking, with many enjoying elevated views across the surrounding landscape.
