Ōtara is a significant residential development being progressed in partnership with Kōkiri Trust, an organisation with deep roots in the South Auckland community. Stage One of the development will deliver approximately 160 homes across two distinct sites, forming the first phase of a broader master plan for the area. The project is focused on creating well-designed, affordable homes that provide greater access to quality housing for people who live and work in the community. By combining Clarke Group’s development capability with Kōkiri Trust’s community leadership, the development aims to support long-term housing outcomes while helping strengthen the local community.
