Clarke Group Property Management (CGPM) is the property management arm of Clarke Group and has been operating for more than a decade. The business manages over 300 residential tenancies across Auckland and specialises in the management of both multi-unit residential developments and individual investment properties.
Originally established to manage Clarke Group’s own build-to-rent assets, CGPM has grown into a trusted property management platform serving private landlords and investors. With extensive experience managing complex multi-unit developments as well as standalone homes, the team provides professional tenancy management with a strong focus on long-term asset performance and tenant outcomes.
