Clarke Group Property Management (CGPM), a subsidiary of Clarke Group, are property management specialists. CGPM was originally established to manage our own build-to-rent assets, before eventually offering our management expertise to the private market. We have strong competencies in both multi-unit Body Corp projects (such as those developed by us), as well as private residential dwellings.

Our portfolio has grown to over 400 properties under management by our professional, tightly-knit team, operating from our property management office in Manukau, Auckland.

Clarke Group prides itself on investing in our staff’s ongoing education, through REINZ-affiliated training programmes.
