Any offer will be restricted to “Wholesale Investors” under clauses 3(2) and 3(3) of Schedule 1 to the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (or to any other person to whom an exclusion applies under Schedule 1 of that Act).

- We structure debt, provide guarantees (if necessary), and manage the entire delivery.
- Profits, rental income, or equity uplift are shared equitably.
Land Partnerships
For landowners, we offer a similar JV model, where:
- Land is contributed as the equity portion.
- A fair market valuation is agreed upon before the project begins.
- Clarke Group handles the rest to maximise the land’s potential.
Investor Preferences
We are flexible in tailoring projects to meet your needs, whether for:
- Investment stock
- Public housing
- Studio developments
- Sales to the general public
Projected Returns
- Dividends or returns are paid after project completion.
- Previous projects have consistently delivered returns of 30%+ per annum, with many far exceeding this benchmark.
Investment Size
- Preferred equity requirement: $2-5 million per project.
- Ideal land size: 2000m²+.
- Open to syndications with minimum investments starting at $750k, where applicable.
